Highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for Round Top shopping. The rooms are a good size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast served in the morning was delicious and fresh! Hosts were so kind.

Beautiful place!

WONDERFUL 1880s farmhouse converted to lovely little suites. It’s very clean and close to Round Top antique shops be aware there is not a television in the room.

Great place 3 miles from Round Top. Perfect for a family reunion. Very comfortable with high quality bedding and linens. Fire pits and a beautiful pool.

Charming Cottages For a Perfect Stay

The Farmstead is charming, quiet and lovely. The grounds are gorgeous and it is perfectly located to reach all the best shopping quickly. Judy (the host) is warm and welcoming. Breakfast is all homemade and yummy. The Farmstead is a fabulous secret find.

The location is perfect for shopping. The room was very clean and loved the bedding and towels provided. Outside fire pit was an added bonus at night. Really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely stay again!

Round Top Texas Retreat

The farmstead is a few miles outside the famous Roundtop Junk Gypsy antique shops. It is quiet set apart and safe. The grounds is a few acres with sitting areas and fire pits to visit around. A nice clean place w great amenities.

We stayed for two nights so we could look at properties for sale in the area. It was a nice and quiet area and the room was nice, but I feel like it is more of a social type property. Once it was time to settle down in the room it is a little cramped, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

excruciatingly minimalist chic. Didn't feel or look cozy when we arrived. (cold wet grey Texas day) but the very efficient heater warmed us in a hurry. 3 handsome cats living on the deck really wanted to join us, darted to the door whenever it was opened. lovely linens and thick fluffy towels. would stay again.

Would stay again!

Perfect little place to stay for a weekend. Booked this room (Room 1) for an overnight stay and was pleasantly surprised at how adorable it was. The room was clean. Had plenty of linens, complimentary toiletries, a cute little in room coffee bar that included Starbucks coffee, bottled water and a Keurig. The only thing i did not realize when booking the room was that there was no TV in the room. There is one located in the dining hall but would be nice to have in the room for when you want to stay in the room. Other than that the stay was amazing. I would definitely book again if im ever in the area.
