"Shuttle service was great, easy and quick. Room was clean, perfect for an overnight. The morning shuttle driver was 10/10 - sadly I didn’t get his name but he was full of energy and smiley for 4:30am, a great start to a travel day!"

"We were lucky to get an early check in and an upgraded room on the top floor. Hotel a little dated but looks recently renovated. Room a great size, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing! Parking easy in atrium carpark next door. Great location in central city. Would stay again."

"On our arrival there was a weird smell in our room and I don’t know if it was cleaning products or that the room wasn’t clean enough for it however the next day when we had housekeeping it was great when we got back into the room after a day out The staff was very welcoming thank you to receptionists who were very approachable and helped on our first interaction - unable to know her name but she was there and helped us get a room that was by the sky tower due to the kids . Also being able to leave our bags at the front when we arrived too early for our room to be ready that really helped us and also when leaving when we wanted to get breakfast on final day but didn’t want to take our bags around with us thank you for accomodating."

"Super convenient hotel to be close to the airport, and to most accesses both to Auckland city and to highways to other directions. Excellent restaurants an food, nice breakfast, helpful staff... Definitely recommended for a short 1-3 nights stay."

"Extremely convenient for access to the international terminal of the airport. You can walk from Pullman to the terminal. Restaurant was lovely and the hotel is new and upscale. I would stay here again."
