Excellent location; beautiful decor in-keeping with the RED theme; brilliant front desk as well as restaurant staff. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Stayed 2 nights & enjoyed the handy location, great eateries close by & a skip to the art gallery & harbour. The room was comfortable, nuce bed & linen. The staff were friendly & kindly placed chocolates in our room for our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was great & the vibe of the hotel was vibrant & cool.
Staff all very friendly & a very relaxed vibe. Hotel is in a great central location and within comfortable walking distance to main performance theatres.
Facilities and room modern and comfortable
The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Staff is very friendly .I had VIP access and got 40$ credit . The Rooftop restaurant/bar has fantastic views
Staff were super friendly and professional, effortlessly managing large groups of people at the same time.
The room itself was large, and the mood lighting and artwork were excellent touches.
It was very cool and we had a really nice time. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we were lucky that we could check in early. The staff were friendly and the $40 credit for the room covered breakfast. The only small gripe was that we couldn't watch the All Blacks match on the TV, but aside from yhat, it was a great place to stay
I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Red. A very good size room, modern hotel and super convenient. Quiet, no issues with street noise. Lots of food options around the hotel and I also ate in the hotel lobby restaurant, which was good. Friendly staff only too willing to assist.
I ended up booking this hotel last minute because the one I had previously booked had terrible reviews and it ended up being a blessing in disguise. The staff were super helpful, my minibar wasn't cooling and they fixed it right away, they allowed me to check in super early as my flight landed at 6 AM. And it was very reasonably priced. The location was great (Close to the University and CBD) and there were tons of food options all around.
The hotel was clean, bright, modern and lovely. We had friends staying at Rydges around the corner for over twice the price at that place looked tired and run down in comparison.
Very good value for money, super comfortable king sized bed, like sleeping on a cloud. A shame we only stayed for a night. The AKA Rooftop bar/restaurant is in the same building which is handy. I love the styling, theme and decor of the whole hotel. Very well maintained. The Superior room shower had a rain shower head, it was bliss, not sure if all other rooms had the same. The morning buffet breakfast was lovely, we had a delicious savoury breakfast. I believe there was also some breads and pastry options as well as porridge.
What a great hotel well positioned for eating and drinking in central Auckland plus the added bonus of a roof top bar/restaurant i would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if your with family or on your own.
