Tennis Buffs will want to take a swing at the three on-site Tennis Courts while everyone can enjoy a fun game of Pickle Ball.

Indoors, Sandstone Retreat offers the best blend of style and comfort. The living room in this condo is decorated in a tasteful mid-century style with ample seating around a large flat screen TV where you can stream your favorite shows. A 4-person dining room table sits on the end of the cheery, well-equipped kitchen.

COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS

Enjoy a great night's sleep in either bedroom on new luxury mattresses. The Queen Primary Suite (teal room) enjoys ample closet space and a small, private Mountain View Terrace furnished with a table and seating. Its en suite partially-updated bathroom has a large tiled shower and ample counter space. Comfortable seating below the wall-mounted TV rounds out this room. The King Primary Suite (lime room)  also has ample closet space, a mountain view window, and en suite bath with partially updated mid-century-style step down tub/shower. Thirsty spa-quality towels and quality bath amenities are provided.

Fast Wi-Fi throughout and all TVs have Roku. Central A/C-heat adds to the year round comfort.  Clean community laundry facility (paid by phone app).

Designated covered parking keeps one vehicle safely tucked away from the elements while you're enjoying your stay. An additional car is welcome in guest parking.

DOG-FRIENDLY

Up to 2 well-behaved small dogs are welcome (HOA limits size to 25 lbs), $150 taxable fee, each. Sorry, no cats.

TERMS

Per Palm Springs rental ordinance, guests must be 25 or older. Also, per those rules, the responsible guest will sign a separate rental agreement, provide a copy of their driver's license, and all adult guests will sign the Palm Springs rental rules acknowledgement.
