  • Located in a 1920s building in the center of Palermo, in a central but quiet area, a few steps from the Massimo Theater and the Politeama, the CLUVERIO11 holiday home is the ideal place to visit the city without necessarily having to use means of transport.
    The elegantly renovated 75 m2 apartment has an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and a comfortable private outdoor area.
    At CLUVERIO 11 you can go to the discovery of Palermo enjoying the best comforts: hydromassage bathtub, smart TV in both bedrooms and in the living room, jacuzzi, kitchen complete with appliances.
    A daily cleaning service is provided free of charge.

Apartment was well situated in a nice neighborhood, near many restaurants and trattorias, and It is within walking distance of major attractions. Bozena was a super host! She assisted with taxis, train tickets and bus information. She provided breakfast every morning too! She was easy to contact and ensured we had everything we beeded, even coming to address a small Plumbing problem herself! We had a delightful time here and highly recommend this apartment.

Great appartement and our host was helpfull in any way. Its in the middle of the centrum. Within 7 minutes or so, you reach the Cathedrale or a restaurant.

The Best in Palermo!

Great place and location. Clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and the bathrooms were perfect. We’d return again if in Sicily. Owner was outstanding, even providing fresh croissants in the morning.

Perfect large apartment in the city

Bozena was the best hostess and her apartment in the city has high ceilings, lots of space and is very comfortable ! She even delivered us fresh pasteries and bread in the morning ! We enjoyed our stay in Palermo and the apartment was a peaceful place to stay and walkable to all sights…10/10 !

Short but great stay.

Our stay was just one night but was clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable of the many beds we slept in on our holiday. The bedroom AC units were also excellent. Bozena was very accommodating and the morning croissants were so thoughtful. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Palermo!

Does not disappoint

Out of the eight properties we stayed at, this by far, was the best. Bosena is the perfect hostess. We would highly recommend a stay at this luxurious property.
