"Our first room, the sheets look like they had already been slept on. One had a red stain on it. The other one had a brown stain asked for new bedding. They gave us a different room slightly bigger on the plus side. The hotel building itself is pretty old. Smells clean."

"When I pulled back the bed cober sheet it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There were specks of some black substance and a very long black hair on the bottom sheet. The desk agent was apologetic and changed the linens herself. Still though, kind of gross to think I might have slept using a stranger’s pillows and sheets had I not noticed it. "

"No pool/jacuzzi- but we'll have it ready next time... guess what- they didn't. Please change the available amenities available expedia so this local business does not keep getting complaints!"

"Hot tub not open. People yelling in next room at 3am. Manager in hall couldn't stop them. 4am still noisy so got up to take a shower. Hot water only got luke warm. Decided to leave so had breakfast but milk in cereal was curdled and sour. Nothing was acceptable."

"Front of the building, you can tell nothing but dogs been using it.It smells bad. Inside smells bad. My room right when I'm I checked in walked in it. Smelled terrible in the bathroom. I lifted the seat and someone used it and plastered it full of crap. I took off running and left the hotel. I don't ever wanna go back. I'm still waiting to file for a refund. Stay away.I've been to a few extended, stays.This one makes me never want to go to one ever again.!"

"Despite having a specific room booked 10+ days in advance, the hotel staff called me a few hours before check in to inform me that the room had been overbooked. They asked to call me back so they could see what they could do. They didn't call back. After an hour, I called them and was asked to wait for their call which would be in a few minutes. They didn't call back. I had traveled from out of state and began to panic a bit of not having an accommodation large enough for the family. I called them back and talked to the manager. She was very kind and we worked on a few different solutions including two neighboring rooms and possibly two adjoining rooms. She was worried because the hotel was almost at capacity. No my problem as I had a reservation... After some time, she was able to "move others around" so I could have two ajoining rooms. As compensation for the switch in rooms and the inconvenience of it all, they gave me water bottles, 3 Twix candy bars, two small bags of chips, and a few individual packages of cookies. When I checked in, I did ask for some compensation for the whole inconvenience. The manager was very kind, but she declined saying I was getting TWO rooms for the price of one. They had already comped out the second room. Well I wouldn't have needed a second room if I had received the two bedroom suite I had reserved nearly two weeks earlier. I was extremely tired and ready to just get the vacation started, I dropped it. "
