THE SPACE



The comfortable living room has an electric fireplace, a 50-inch Smart TV, books, and board games. A fully stocked kitchen includes essential cookware and a spice rack, with dining for six to eight. Central A/C keeps the home comfortable on warmer days.



The harbor-view bedroom offers a California king bed, Smart TV, large closet, and dresser. The garden-view bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding door to the back patio.



Both full bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. Fresh linens, extra pillows, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.



The home is single-story, with two steps at the entry doors and two steps to reach each bedroom.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD



Enjoy Silver Strand’s relaxed residential atmosphere, walks along the shore, and views of boats coming and going. Nearby Channel Islands Harbor offers waterfront dining, paddleboarding, fishing, and seasonal whale-watching outings.



Kayaks are not provided, but rentals are available across the harbor, approximately a five-minute drive away. Your Guest Guide includes local recommendations for exploring Oxnard and Ventura.



OUTDOOR LIVING & BEACH DAYS



Lost Shaker of Sea Salt’s front patio brings together harbor views, outdoor dining, a fire pit, and string lights. The enclosed backyard offers a shaded gazebo and futon seating, with a gas BBQ ready for dinner at home.



A beach wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided, so you can pack a little lighter.



BRINGING YOUR DOG



Your dog is welcome to enjoy the getaway with you! The fee is $25 per dog, per stay and can be paid through your Guest Guide.



PARKING & GETTING AROUND



The driveway accommodates one vehicle. There is no garage parking, but free street parking is available on the court, subject to availability and posted restrictions.



A car is useful for groceries, harbor activities, and exploring nearby Ventura.



GETTING READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL



After booking, we will ask you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our required occupancy agreement. Completing it allows us to send your Guest Guide with arrival details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.



Your entry code becomes available 48 hours before check-in. Early check-in options appear five days before arrival and may be requested through your Guest Guide. We are happy to help with questions along the way.
