"We had only a quick overnight stay at Sono but hope to visit for a longer time in the future. This house is beautiful! The communal kitchen, patio, and rooftop deck were a surprise and added bonus. Our room was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, good linens, and lovely, very large bathroom. We appreciated how quiet the home was and really enjoyed the snacks and breakfast in the kitchen. Also really loved the Old Town neighborhood and hope to explore it more in the future."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is convenient but very loud. My biggest challenge was the poor design of the bathroom. Few places to hang towels and very little space to set things made the bathroom not very functional."

"A fantastic stay yet again. I have stayed here the last few years while attending a conference. All the staff were great and amazing selection of food for breakfast and for late night snacks. I will be back again next year"

"Really disappointed with this stay. The hotel is grossly overpriced, especially if you don't plan on using the facilities. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. The pool was so packed we couldn't even use it. This is a complex that is open to the public...

"The staff was great. The room was nice but I would have preferred more towels. The remote in our room wasn’t working fully as well as the steamer in the room. Otherwise, it is a good hotel but would not recommend for families."

"If you drive, it’s very close to everything pretty much. It’s clean and nice to stay with family. Parking is a little expensive but that applies to most of Chicago area."

"We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive."

"Great location, beautiful hotel, easy check in and out. The bed linens were horrible; flat sheet used instead of a fitted, on top of it was another flat sheet, then a thin blanket, on top of the blanket was another flat sheet (very messy). There were no extra blankets in closet, when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. Also, housekeeping didn’t check on the room while we’re were out which was annoying because those bed linens were a disaster."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...
