"It was an interesting and historical location. The limited staff availability and hours was disadvantageous. Access to the room was up a long stairs without any offer of assistance with large tour luggage. That the account was paid in advance there was little interest in whether you turned up or not. "This was our third year staying at the Lodge and it is perfect. It’s within walking distance to Main Street and a great bakery. We have 2 favorite restaurants and the town is so friendly and pet friendly. We look forward to this vacation every year. The town is beautiful and plenty of things to do and see or not.
