"2泊3日、7人でとても楽しく過ごすことができました。迷惑メールにチェックインのメールが届いてしまっていて、さらに消えてしまって暗証番号が見られなくなってしまい、管理人に電話させてもらいました。その時の対応もとても優しく、無事に中に入ることができました。ログハウスに行くまでの道がとても狭く、野生の鹿もいて、こんなところに本当にログハウスがあるのか？？と心配になりましたが、ちゃんとありました！キッチン用品がもっとピカピカならさらにいいのになぁと思いました。そのため、清潔さは星3です。割り箸や紙皿を使いました。 BBQも最高に楽しかったです。屋根がちゃんとあって雨でも問題なくできました。大きなスクリーンでSwitchをするのは初めてで、とても盛り上がりました。とにかく楽しかったので、また行きたいし、おすすめです。"

The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing in the onsen. A beautiful and memorable stay with my mother. "A most excellent property and staff! Highly recommend - 5 ***** star rating. View of Fuji-San is amazing. Gardens and Koi pond are well maintained. Spacious room with plenty of storage for luggage, large closet, sofa and chair. Onsen and breakfast buffet are fantastic! Staff is very helpful and kind. Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away. Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."
