"Have stayed here before and can recommend this hotel. Good rooms, very comfy beds, ample parking and a good location if you want to walk into town. Only thing I would say is that the reception staff on the day and at checkout need to make guests more aware about the parking charge process. We checked in and added our registration and even asked the lady if we had done it correctly. So it was obvious we had a car. She said nothing about how we should pay for this. On checkout a different lady asked if we wanted a printout of our bill. I declined. But again at no point was the parking mentioned. It was only when I checked my card before leaving that I noticed it was only for the room and nothing for car park so had to go in and pay. Could have been costly!"
