"The Cottage is a pleasant accommodation in Windermere, located not too far from the train and bus station. I enjoyed my stay, however my room had cobwebs which doesn't look good."

"Friendly staff including one who formerly and by sheer coincidence worked at the good old boarding school I proudly attended years ago. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with everything including the high standards location and amenities. Cleanliness were very good apart from some surfaces needed a little dusting and one of the bedroom lamps didn’t work though again, overall the standards are extremely high and I’d certainly recommend future guests and I’d certainly return."
