"This is like staying on the "5th avenue" of Arezzo, facing a central square in a penthouse apartment with a massive wrap-around terrace. The apartment itself is very tastefully done (not recent, maybe 80s /90s but designed beautifully) and everything inside it is first-rate. It is better than what you may see in the pictures. It would be hard, if not impossible, to not be happy at this apartment. Also - the host, Paola is very friendly - a real pleasure to work with. "

"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."
