"The hotel stay was really good. The outlets were overused. Some work, some don't, and most places that you think are not used, we use in the bathroom or the kitchen. Other than that, everything else was just perfect. I guess I have to say the staff was excellent. The room was very clean, very professional. We even tried the hot tub, which was very nice, and the parking was no problem."

"Our room wasn't clean. Dirty flash eye lash in one of the beds. The shampoo etc bottles were empty on the shelf. The room smelt like AC hadn't been ran in months. We all woke up with coughs. We looked for other places to stay but chelan was completely booked for the weekend so we were stuck. Tons of bees in the pool. Won't ever stay here again. Save your money for another hotel."
