The Space:

Soft light fills the villa each morning as you stretch on a private balcony, the gentle Florida breeze reminding you that the day is yours to shape. By afternoon, the private pool glistens beside a bubbling hot tub, inviting you to cool off after a stroll through the nearby water park. Evenings settle into relaxed conversations in generous living areas, where the hum of the game room blends with laughter from the themed bedrooms. Here, space is designed for togetherness, letting every member of your group find a spot to unwind and celebrate.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers nine spacious bedrooms. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features one King bed for two guests. Upstairs you’ll find a primary suite with one King bed, a Paris room with one Queen bed, a Pink room with one Queen bed, a Mickey room with two Twin beds, a Star Wars room with three Queen beds, an additional Mickey room with two Twin beds, a Moana room with two Twin beds, a Green room with two Twin beds, and a Queendom room with one Queen bed. In total the villa provides 14 beds across the nine rooms, comfortably sleeping 16 or more.



Indoor living

Two distinct living areas give everyone room to spread out. The main family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and ample seating for relaxed downtime. A separate game room adds a playful hub, stocked with activities that keep both kids and adults entertained. Throughout the interior you’ll find air conditioning, heating, high‑speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a free washer and dryer for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step onto a patio that frames the private pool and hot tub, perfect for lingering mornings or sunset dips. Outdoor seating lets you savor the Florida air after a day at the community water park or nearby theme parks, while the backyard’s open layout encourages casual gatherings under the sky.



Kitchen & dining

The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, giving you everything needed to prepare meals together. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces provide flexibility for group meals, whether you prefer the comfort of the dining room or the breezy patio setting.



Neighborhood

Located in the ChampionsGate community of Four Corners, the villa grants free access to a resort‑style water park with slides, a lazy river, cabanas, a tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, playgrounds, volleyball and tennis courts, and an 18‑hole golf course with driving range. Nearby dining, shopping, and Orlando’s major attractions are just a short drive away.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
