"The property is nice. The room was pretty clean (saw Cheetos behind night stand) The beds seemed clean though. It does have a microwave and mini fridge (Freezer part was iced over). The pool looked clean ( I didn't use). Coffee in morning at lobby was just that, coffee & creamer. No sugar, no decaf, no breakfast snacks. Definitely a no frills stay, but I was only there to sleep so it was fine. The neighborhood was quiet (residential area) and Costless, Walmart, Trader Joe's , Grocery Outlet, Starbucks & In & Out + others are just a 3 minute drive on opposite side of freeway. Easy freeway access and 5 minutes from Pismo. For the price (under $90/night) the stay was good, I would stay again."
