"The room was decent. However, the fridge was making sounds and its uncomfortable at night. The exhaust from the bathroom doesn't seem to work. The AC kept turning off and we were hot and waking up in the middle of the night"

"This is the third Ayres Hotel we’ve stayed at in the last few weeks. All of them have been top notch, but your Orange property was the best in terms of quality of the room. The room was extraordinarily clean and the linens the best. The public areas are so inviting, and the quality of the breakfast was amazing. Offering the evening reception from 5-7 pm was also a very nice touch. I left an item behind in our room and called to find out if someone e had put it aside. I received a call back immediately, and the person I spoke with was so helpful and polite. The only negative is the $15 parking fee which I was surprised about as you do not have that at your other properties we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back."
