Owner Operated Beachfront Condo - Corner Unit - Fabulous Views - 3BR/3BA

  • Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just next door to Gulf Shores. Our condominium has spectacular views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Just think - you could watch the sun rise from your own king size bed!

    The main balcony extends from the kitchen around the unit to the master bedroom. There are two large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the kitchen/living room area, and two large sliding glass doors from the master bedroom to the balcony. The third bedroom has it's own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. The complex offers a gulf front outdoor pool, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, beachside grilling area, and fitness center. The unit is located on the 10th floor.

    Sleeping arrangements are a king bed in master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a television. The living room has flat screen television with a DVD player. We also have great high speed internet.

    We completed a remodeling project not long ago. We updated the furniture, repainted, and refreshed the living room. The condo has newer cabinets, appliances, and two great walk-in marble showers. The entire place was recently given a fresh coat of paint.

    We spend a great deal of time making sure our condominium is in top working order for your vacation. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 and we do not allow chaperoned groups.     Please check through the extra notes on this listing for information about my cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. ALSO - during the summer season, I rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

    Orange Beach has a variety of fabulous restaurants, shops, and entertainment just minutes away. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation or a fun filled exciting week, we have just the place for you!!

This was my family’s 2nd time staying in this unit and we plan to return next year for our annual Orange Beach vacation. Condo is well stocked with items needed for the beach, clean, has a great balcony, views, and is conveniently located. Hosts communicate all needed information and make for a smooth experience. Highly recommended.

Great condo - location, 3 bathrooms, clean beach and pool, bathrooms at the pool, lots of kitchen tools for cooking/eating meals in and supplies for beach. Bathrooms are good sized w full-showers. Great views, seating, and room to move around on the deck. Don’t forget your binoculars! Owners were responsive to questions and provided information when needed quickly.

Had one small issue when we got there and owner had it resolved by next morning! Great communication! Provided nice little extras around the condo and had so many beach things to use! Maintenance/workers at Romar Place are super nice!

This property checked all our boxes. Wonderful views from almost every room- patio doors galore- no need for air conditioning with the air flow. Communication was great with the owners. Almost an immediate response when we messaged them. Well stocked with items to use on the beach- chairs- floaties- sand toys- even beach towels. Walking distance from Wolf Bay- wonderful restaurant right across the street. The beach was beautiful- and not too busy with people. The condo Building is not large- so plenty of chairs around the pool area and grills open when needed. Highly recommend this unit!

First time in Orange Beach

My family, three adult children, husband and wife thoroughly enjoyed our first ever trip to the Gulf Shores. The location was perfect, right on the beach, close to stores and restaurants and easy to find. The views are fantastic! We highly recommend this rental unit!

Great Place to Stay

Unit 1001 has a great view. The beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room. It has a great location and is close to many local restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend it.

This property was great. Everything was clean and updated. Balcony was wonderful. Location was really great to get to restaurants and other nearby beach towns. Highly recommend.

Baseball/beach vacation

Spacious condo and comfy beds! The floors were not clean and I had to vacuum when we arrived but host refunded our cleaning fee and was quick to respond.overall great stay with beautiful beach and nice pools (indoor and out!)

We highly recommend this condo!

We had a great stay in this condo! It was clean and nicely furnished with a beautiful view. We really appreciated the supply of beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, too. It's a spacious condo and has everything you need for an awesome beach vacation! We would highly recommend it. We have already booked it for next summer!

Beautiful ocean views

Numerous small maintenace issues need to be addressed.The second bedroom is too small for a king bed; no room for night stands or luggage. The gulf views are phenomenal.

Great vacation

This is our second year at this property - the first stay in this particular condo. Love the location of the property - close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was nicely furnished and kitchen well equipped. It was nice to have the third bathroom to accommodate our 3-generation family. Condo is managed by the owners who were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. Would definitely recommend this condo.
