    Our cozy and spacious condo is the perfect retreat for your beach vacation. This unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether it's a weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Our on-site amenities include a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and multiple tennis courts. So whether you're looking for relaxation, adventure, or a little bit of both, Seaside Beach & Racquet Club has it all.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note that you may be required to complete an online check-in form before your arrival. This includes providing a valid ID and, if required by the property association for on-site amenities, a card on file. For guests driving, if gate access is necessary, a valid driver's license must be presented at the security gate.



    Gate passes are $40.00 and will be purchased at the guard shack.

The condo complex was convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It would have been helpful if the description of condo would have had a map of the complex. It was located within a few minutes walk from pools and beach and does not have any ocean view.

Great price and location.

It’s a cute property and great location. The walk is only a few minutes to the beach. The pictures advertise that there is a beach front view, but you have a view of the road. That was the only surprise. Overall good place for the price!

nice ground floor level condo

i wasn't aware how far away from the actual beach this particular unit was and seeing as i have a severe knee injury and cannot walk long distances without much difficulty. the checkin time was 4pm and the emails said ***4pm and not before *** which is the owners prerogative but i have stayed at many many other vrbo properties in the past and the owners have been much more accomadating and even offered to let us know when the property was ready and let us move in early.

I paid around 2,500.00 for the worst place I have ever been in! Must be over 50 years old! Dirty, roaches! Air conditioner was sooo loud! Refrigerator must be 50 years old. Never again
