- A queen bed separated from the living space area by a sliding door.
- Living area space offers a queen bed and sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player.
- The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a stove top. There is no oven.
- A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

This spacious studio condominium is in a wonderful first floor location with great access to the outdoors you love. It is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends. Plus, it gives you an incredible ski-in/ski-out (hike in-and-out) stroll anywhere experience. You can easily go home for lunch while skiing with this close condo. You are close to the KT22 chairlift, Olympic House, the Aerial Tram and more!

The kitchenette and living space are in the first room and the bedroom dining table are in the next. The bedroom has a sliding door for privacy. The living space also has a comfy chair, TV and coffee table. The sleeper sofa adds a spot for family or friends.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

The location provides a short stroll to the Village for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. In the summer, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment, and so can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. Don’t forget, at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property you are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are at the center of the activities. You are sitting on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, (can you say ski-in/ski -out!) steps from the chairs and base to base gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all very nearby.

Spacious studio, with easy access to great things, it sounds like a perfect spot!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
