Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

"This was the first time that we have stayed here. the Property was very well laid out convenient to everything along the lake close to the park, and the staff were amazingly polite.. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation. The bartender was amazingly attentive, even though we only had a small appetizer."

"Room was fine. Location of hotel is right up against the highway. The room was clean. Breakfast area was really small and poorly laid out. Would be hard to use when there were a lot of people eating breakfast. Coffee wasn't great. But for the price it was a decent place."

"I required a lower room, as I’m disabled. We got a lower room in the back of the hotel. I’m not favourable for that area. And the next morning when we’re leaving the vehicle in the disabled spot had their window vandalized! It was shattered and made me think that could have been my vehicle, but they were in the disabled spot before me. The room was clean and the meal voucher for Ricky’s restaurant in the same parking lot was appreciated. I am concerned going forward for crime in this parking lot."

"Room was clean and spacious and close to lots of good services. Our stay was great until a youth hockey team moved in with their neglectful parents and played hockey in the hallways and wandered about the hotel all night. Also was super disappointed that the only time I tried to use the pool it was closed for maintenance and the staff couldn’t tell me when it would open again. It was weird because one staff said it could open and another came behind them and closed it again."

"We had a great experience at Sandman hotel in Vernon! We had the Kingsize bed suite that had a comfy couch in front of the TV with all the amenities we needed. We had a great sleep cause they had a/c to stay comfortable and the curtains kept the light out. The shower was hot, the coffee and tea tasted good and we kept our food cold in the mini fridge. Would definitely come back!"
