"We really like staying at the Feathers we have stayed here a number of times. There is everything you need. The rooms are comfortable with a lovely selection of teas, coffee, biscuits with the option of collecting fresh milk from the bar. There is an iron in the room. The bar & restaurant are good with good selection of cocktails & wine. The staff are friendly & helpful The location is good for visiting family in Hertford and travelling to London via the A10. Good value for money too"

"Bathroom was tired. Bed not very comfy so did not sleep well. Evening meal very good but breakfast some was hot some warm and as on a cold plate it was cold quickly. coffee in pots tasted like it had been out too long and was only tepid"

"It was very good"

"The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Very dated needs a refurb."
