The spacious living room and open floor plan seamlessly connect the living area to the beautifully designed kitchen, which features new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table. Additionally, a washer and dryer combo is available for your convenience. The hallway bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and stunning views of the marina, along with access to a wraparound porch. Additionally, two guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa, which converts into a queen-size bed. Please NOTE: This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.

Located right on the beach within the exclusive gated community of Oceanside Harbor, the complex features a heated community pool and spa.
