  • Enjoy extra space just steps from the beach in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at North Coast Village. Perfect for families or couples traveling together, B116 features two king bedrooms, two private bathrooms, a remodeled kitchen, bamboo flooring, and comfortable coastal furnishings throughout.



    Both spacious bedrooms offer king-size beds and private en suite bathrooms. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TVs in every room with free cable, HBO, and Showtime, plus a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.



    The private balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. You'll also find beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and board games to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Best Spot in Oceanside!

We previously lived in Oceanside, and now visit annually. For our visits, we always stay with in B116. Paul provided everything you could possibly need from boogie boards to board games, toiletries, comfortable beds. You can just show up and relax. Thank you Paul for always being the best host!

Perfect Oceanside stay

The North Coast Village is great for a beach vacation. Right on the beach with the extra amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again. Great for families.

Get away escape

Perfect place with resort accommodation. The unit has ample space for lodging and the kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment needed. We had a wonderful stay and lifelong memories.

Condo has everything

This is my second stay at this condo. The location can’t be beat. The condo itself has everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. Thursdays street fare is a must, every kind of food is represented. Weather was beautiful even in November.

We came just to hang out on the beach....And it was Awesome

We needed some R&R and Brooks Bungalows was the answer. We stayed in B116, The views, a waterfall to the side of us so relaxing. The beds are comfortable, clean well supplied thru out the bungalow 2min walk to the beach, loved it all we will be returning.

Paul did an outstanding job communicating with us, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. We greatly appreciated the generous supply of towels, and the pull-out bed was surprisingly comfortable. The condo was thoughtfully equipped with boogie boards, games, and other activities that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We also loved the updated appliances and the clean, modern bathrooms. We absolutely loved this place! We traveled from St. George, Utah, to attend our niece's graduation, and this property was the perfect home away from home. It truly feels like a hidden gem in San Diego. The property is very family-friendly, and the resort-like atmosphere made us feel as though we were vacationing in Hawaii. Being within walking distance of the beach was an added bonus. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great seaside condo

Cute place with a fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Super close to Legoland. Very responsive host.

Oceanside Stay

Awesome place! Close to beach, pier, harbor, restaurants. Plenty of beach toys, towels! Kids enjoyed the boogie boards at the beach and golf and the pool! Walking distance to many places! Clean and comfy beds! Highly recommend! We enjoyed the coffee in the morning!

5 days relaxing

Verry beautiful appartement and property. Wel maintained. We were there to relax after 2 weeks roadtrip around the West. A lot of amenities and close to the beach with a lot of waves.

This is a very well appointed unit in North Coast Village in Oceanside. This makes the location perfect as you can walk to the beach, dining and anything you need. The host communicated ahead of time and the set up is easy.

Great despite weather

We have stayed at NCV before. We came back because it had everything we are looking for in a vacation spot. Beach, pool, sauna,whirlpool, workout facility and great dining. And close enough to visit San Diego and Carlsbad. Despite crazy rain pattern the week we were there, facility and especially Paul’s condo were top notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Amazing family vaca spot

The place was amazing — loved being so close to the beach (and unit had all the beach things we could need), kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub, and place was centrally located making it easy to do San Diego/Disneyland activities! Communication with owner was amazing as well!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Oceanside

We really liked the location we walked to dinner most nights. Also oceanside was a nice launching point to go to San Diego sea world, and Torey Pines and also visit family in Laguna Beach. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids and us to relax in after a busy day. We would stay at this condo location again. Only drawback was a musty smell but not much you can do about that given the climate and age of the building.

Perfect Location

The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect! We walked to the Harbor Pier for lunch and to the Thursday night street festival. There is so much to do just at the property with a pool, hot tub, gym, putting green and so many more amenities! The owner is responsive and offered some great local places. We can’t wait to come back!!

Oceanside Stay

My husband and four kids stayed here for a summer vacation. Our host was so responsive and easy to communicate with. Checking in was a breeze. The condo was nice and accommodated our family well. We really enjoyed all the amenities that the property had to offer. It’s a very family friendly place and we felt safe letting our kids roam around the property whenever they wanted. The only negative I would say is the loud train across the street and parts of the property under construction.

Oceanside 12/30 to 1/2

We stayed at the property for 3 days from 12/30 to 01/02. Everything in the property is as shown in the pictures. Paul was very helpful and very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with everything required to cook meals.. If our future plans involve a visit to Oceanside, we will definitely be coming back to this house for our stay."
