If you want to feel like you are in paradise, then North Coast Village is for you. This light and bright end unit has been recently remodeled with new counter tops, new upgraded bathrooms, paint, carpet and ceiling fans. Walk within the gated complex to the beach. Swim in the heated Olympic size pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi, or exercise in the fitness room. Enjoy the rec room with TVs, pool and ping pong tables, a putting green, BBQ grills for the community to use, all within the tranquil grounds with 24 hour patrol. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has 2 queen size beds, a large comfortable sectional couch and has everything you will need for your vacation. 1 covered parking space & 1 Offstreet Parking space. Oceanside is famous for its beaches, restaurants, breweries, and friendly people. North Coast Village is close to the Strand, which is a one way street along the beach; it is excellent for walking, jogging, biking or people watching. You can walk to the Oceanside Harbor Village which is the local gem of North County, San Diego. The Village offers visitors a one-of-a-kind experience, from waterfront dining, sport fishing and stand-up paddle boarding to unique local gifts and apparel. Also nearby: the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and the Museum of Making Music. If you have to leave, This Oceanside condo is a midway point from downtown San Diego or Orange County. 1.5 miles from Carlsbad State Beach and downtown Carlsbad, Lego land,The Outlet Stores, and Flower Fields. A short drive to your south, finds you in Encinitas and Del Mar. If you enjoy golf, minutes from Oceanside Village you will find, The Oceanside Golf Course, El Camino Country Club, Arrowood Golf Course, and Goat Hill Park all will keep you challenged. Renew, relax and indulge in our local Spas. Jump on the coaster to visit downtown San Diego, to enjoy the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, nightlife and dining. Beautiful location overall. Cheryl, the property manager is prompt, professional and great at her job. We had a fabulous trip. Quick walk to the beach, the property is gorgeous and clean. It was difficult to sleep as we had to keep the windows closed due to the Amtrak running. So it got warm, even with all the fans provided. The carpets are also really dingy and dirty looking. If those got ripped out, I would look at this rental again in a cooler season when I wouldn’t mind the windows closed.

Great location close to beach and shops. Train is close to this unit but did not disrupt sleep if windows closed. This unit did not have AC but had lots of fans which kept it a comfortable temperature. Property was clean, welcoming, and spacious. Had a couple issues that the property manager was informed of and they responded quickly stating they would be taken care of (one issue was a broken chair and the other was a very pokey area on the floor under the carpet transition area that got our toddler pretty bad). The unit has beautifully remodeled showers (no tubs). Overall was a wonderful stay and would recommend.

We were harassed by teens every night with water balloons. The last night it was potatoes thrown at the door and windows and that was actually done by two of the security guards. I guess they got tired of us complaining about the water balloons every night. I have been coming to NCV for 20 years and it was very disappointing this year.

The place was nice and big. Enjoyed the kitchen appliances and ample kitchen supplies. All was great. The only downside for me was that it was on the northeast side without beach views. I can blame myself because I could have looked on the map. However, the inside grounds of the condo are lush and beautiful. Thanks for a beautiful clean and comfortable condo. KathyR

Great Location

overall my stay was great. My interations with Cheryl were pleasant very responsive and helpful.The location is amazing close to the ocean and many restaurants and shops. The condo was well supplied with bathroom supplies, beach supplies, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware.

Perfect location

Loved this unit. I will say that parking was an issue for more than one car. There is no AC. The high was 78 degrees and it was fine for us since we had the fans on. The train is close and you can hear it at night. Overall, it was great. The beach was super close and everything we needed was in walking distance.

Condo needs work! Property Amenities and location are ideal.

This is the second condo we've rented at this property. The listing says the condo has been renovated, which is a bit exaggerated! The only things that have been updated are the showers and kitchen countertop. The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy! The listing agent was easy to deal with and was quick to respond and take care of our one request.

My stay

We have stayed in a ck do at this place before. Was looking forward to staying again. The landscape is pretty and the condo was as described. Nice and roomy. There were extra blankets if needed. Cookware. The unit is close to the parking garage and parking space for this unit. The pool was nice. Close to Pier and the beach.

Clean and comfortable! Beds were super comfy! Beach gear included as well as cable in tv which was nice! Kitchen equipped for cooking with all essentials. Perfect location!

Welcome home!

North Coast Village is the perfect place to stay in Oceanside. It is on the beach, has great amenities and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are visiting a Marine, it is 10-15 from the Las Pulgas gate… perfect for deployment send offs and welcome home! The condo was clean, comfortable and close to parking. Though it is close to the train, it was not disruptive at night. (Windows closed) The host was easy to communicate with. She provided excellent instructions and follow up. We will rent this condo again for our next trip to Oceanside.

Great location

Great unit and super convenient to the beach, harbor, pier and more. Comfy beds and pretty well stocked. Could use a bit more elbow grease in terms of cleanliness but overall okay.

Great stay

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The amenities (pool, pool table, feeding the fish) were all enjoyed by my kids. Easy walk to the beach to look for shells and felt safe the whole time. Easy and quick trip to tide pools In Carlsbad. When we needed more towels for our pool time, more were provided in a timely manner! Overall, I would love to come back in the future!

All you could need and more

Bigger and better than the pictures show! We were very pleasantly surprised and our family of 5 fit perfect. Beds were comfy, all the beach toys you could need and perfect proximity to the beach. Had the best stay and we will be back!

Tropical retreat

This condo was perfect for relaxing with family. It's has private beach access and parking within a 6 minute walk. It is roomy, comfortable, beautifully decorated and nestled in a beautiful tropical landscaped development. We would definitely vacation there again.

We were concerned because there was no AC. None was needed. Very clean. Noisy children below, but apparently someone complained so noise was curbed. We would stay here again.
