"We had an excellent stay here while our house was being worked on in Wilmington. It was very comfortable with accessibility to the river, beach, pool, gym, and you can walk a few steps to play some golf. Richard was an excellent host, and was very responsive. He helped us add a few days to our rental when our construction project was extended. Very nice community and comfortable home. The only thing I would note is that VRBO requires a 1500 refundable deposit. This doesn't seem to have anything...

"This was a really cute place to stay and an awesome location. There was some confusion with the check in communication, I think the email sent was for a different property at it said to go to a main office and parking deck, which was not at this condo. Once I was Unable to find this, the host did communicate that the check-in was just simply a code sent at the check in time and that parking passes were in the room. The only other issue is there is one AC window unit in bedroom and it stayed...
