"Everything we needed was in the room: fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, shower gel, box of tissues. We were very well looked after by all staff. An added bonus was that the hotel is in a quiet area, 20-minutes away from central Lucerne by bus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, buses every 30 minutes and free with the visitor bus pass. Would definitely stay here whenever we're in Lucerne again."

"As with most hotels in Europe, air-conditioning is not something that exists or if it does generally does not work very well, so you should just understand this if it is going to be very hot during your stay. We ate at the hotel for dinner and it was excellent. We recommend the food there."
