"Being a first time to your Resort the Concierge wasn't helpful at all which was really disappointing . Your staff in the resort was amazing as . they helped us direct us and explain everything i cannot fault them at all very good . I went back the next day and the concierge was very helpful wasn't he some one maybe something you could follow up on as i wouldn't someone else experiencing that at such a gorgeous 5 star resort"

"We loved our stay at Coral Sands a beautiful place we stayed in a 3 bedroom property it was a great size with a family of 6 everyone had there own space. The pool was only a few metres away with the beach right across the road. Great restaurants close by. A short drive to Cairns."

"We had a great time: room was comfortable and clean, pool area is super nice, great location close to restaurants. Only issue was that we hired a baby cot, and we paid $10 per night for it and when we arrived the baby cot was not set up. We have to open it ourselves and figure out how to put it together, which was very disappointing."
