"Authentic Victorian home in Victoria! Clean and quiet. The breakfast is impressive."

"A wonderful stay for anyone who loves a historic old manor. The ocean view and the sight of people enjoying the beach made it such a peaceful rest. The breakfast included in the stay was generous and made with the care of a homemade meal."

"⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Great rooms, robes, slippers, cookies and comfy beds. Location downtown is perfect for walking and right next to the 10 Acres restaurant. Highly recommended."

"The rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly. Having breakfast offered was nice. Property does need a bit of updating. Looking a bit rough around the edges. I would have appreciated free parking but I guess $13 a night isn’t too bad. But otherwise it was fine for our needs."

"The view was very scenic. It was much quieter than other places we had stayed downtown. The only negative was the exhaust from the float planes once in awhile. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"Good hotel good location"

"Room was clean, could use an update. No heater in the bathroom is a big minus for me. But the facility is well maintained, and the location couldn't be more perfect. Staff very friendly and accommodating."

"A view of the Harbour would have been better, but room was fine."

"The hotel is located centrally to great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores! The hotel team is also extremely lovely. I’m really looking forward to returning soon."

"Excellent service and good location."

"Beautiful room and excellent location. We will use the Strathcona every time we visit Victoria!"
