"The airport pick up was super easy and the free breakfast was a 9/10! Much more than we expected. So much variety and in a great room."

"Excellent staff"

"Clean room"

"Good"

"Lovely staff, rooms, and super clean place. My husband and I stayed for our 10th year anniversary trip. We chose this hotel to avoid the tourism crowd in Waikiki. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Definitely staying here again!"

"Let me start by saying first that they charge you for parking every night that wasn’t disclosed when I set up my arrangements but other than that, the property was fine."

"立地が良く、ワイキキを楽しむのに便利でした。また、オーシャンフロントの部屋だったのでベランダからの眺望が素晴らしく、ダイヤモンドヘッドと海がとても美しかったです。コンビニもあり、すぐ隣にロイヤルハワイアンセンターもあって、買い物にも便利でした。"

"Hyatt"

"Two positive features of this property..1. The front desk staff were extremely nice and 2. the shower water pressure in our room was excellent. Otherwise, the property must have seen better days. It is dirty, it smells and is not worthy of a stay"

"Great location. Great staff. But, the rooms and bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The old, dirty shower curtains and bathtubs has to go. It needs a serious renovation. The Deck restaurant on the 3rd floor was nice. Breathtaking views. The Coffee shop in the lobby was also nice. The Zoo is right across the street. Beach two steps away."

"Don’t like the shower room"

"Great staff. Really nice and well maintained property."
