"I had a wonderful experience and this has become my new favourite place to stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and very professional. Our room on the 13th floor was fantastic! spotless, warm, quiet, and equipped with great amenities. We felt completely at home. The hotel’s top-floor bar offers an incredible view, and the location is perfect for nearby cafés and public transport. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. Looking forward to returning soon!"

However the inconvenience of only one of us being able to move at a time in the room was more than made up for by the brilliant staff. Special mention must be made of the excellent Parveen - an exceptional member of the reception staff who made such a difference to our stay. The man is a treasure!"
