"We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and I was confirmed over the message that they will give us a cup cake and a bottle of bubbles to celebrate. But I got only bottle of bubbles even after speaking to them in person. They agreed to send cup cake and a candle to our room but they didn’t. It wasn’t a pleasant stay after this incident."

"This hotel have a nice location close to everything, rooms are really nice with a beautiful views. Staff is nice except one or two people that get annoyed when you ask questions.We arrived at 10 am and check in is at 4 so we stored our luggage and they told us when the room is ready we would receive a text message, we back again at 3 pm to drop some staff and my husband ask again and the other guy told my husband that the room was ready around 1 pm which never received a text informing us. Besides that I do like staying there."
