"Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes? "

"Excellent location, nicely decorated, clean room. Self check-in was straight forward and fast. Friendly, helpful staff. The only thing we didn't care for was the communal coffee/tea station. As we walked by once, there was an unsavoury looking cup of coffee sitting on the worktop and turned us off of using the machine. The restaurant/bar was fabulous! The food was delicious and great value for money. We will definitely stay again."

"Stayed for 1 night, and will book again. This place for the money is fantastic. Staff pleasant,helpful,informative,nothing is too much to do for you. Room...very good basic,comfortable bed,choice of pillows,and very clean. Breakfast... Plenty of choice and as much to eat as you want.The quality of the products,bacon,sausage etc..all very hot food.I definately recommend a stay here."

"Receptionist refused to hand over key cards to my 2 daughters even after i checked in online. Made the stay negative from the 1st minute they stepped into the hotel. When they say they treat everyone as an adult over the age of 15 is a lie. A 17 and 19 year old was not allowed to check in until I sent my photo ID in an email. Follow up messages to my daughters were about quality of sleep. Very poor due to substandard pillows."

"Welcoming staff on reception, speedy check in , good sized very clean room. The close proximity to Terminal 2 meant it’s a perfect choice for an early morning flight."

"Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes."
