On the first floor you will find:

• A large bedroom with a king size bed, skylight, fireplace and a slider to private deck,

There is also a comfortable leather sofa and sitting area with a large tv to play video games or watch DVD's. Playstation 3 is attached and ready to go! (please note this tv is not connected to cable tv).

• The basement also has a slider to the back yard to easily store bicycles, if it rains.


House Rules:
PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, EACH RENTAL MUST BE FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK, AND ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ARE ACCEPTED.
Pillows, linens and towels are provided.
Children are certainly welcome, but this house is not suitable for very young children because of the open stairway.
