"I had a delightful 7-night stay in the water view, double beds room with a private balcony. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had coastal contemporary vibe. A generous continental breakfast is served daily each morning from 7 am - 10:30 am which is a plus if you just want to grab a bite before you head out to the beach or elsewhere on the cape. The property is quiet and serene, family-friendly, and also has rooms that are pet-friendly. There is an outdoor pool, tennis court, a fenced in dog park, as well as paths and seating areas offering views of the seashore and Provincetown on the horizon. Staff is very friendly and helpful too. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Our stay was wonderful at his charming and cozy cottage, which is located right on the ocean, offering spectacular sunset views. The outdoor deck is large and fully equipped with two chaise loungers, two Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and two umbrellas. This is where I spent the majority of my time. Inside, the cabin includes all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything. Liza was a gracious host, providing us with excellent local recommendations for dining and sightseeing. I give this place 5 stars!"

"Cabins. Small with everything you need. Would definitely need car as kind of remote but outer cape. Beds comfy. Refrigerator, microwave, sink, all dishes We had a queen and two twins and 4 total adults. Bathroom small but manageable. Overall a great property"
