"Tout était présent dans la chambre. Bonnes dimensions, très propre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, surtout avec le déjeuner compris. J'aurais apprécié avoir plus d'aide au check-in pour un problème de réservation que j'ai eu, on m'a mal conseillé. Mais sinon, excellente expériennce."

"The hotel was walkable to restaurants, shopping and metro. Front desk staff was helpful but I found housekeeping disappointing. Even the front lobby where we gathered to have our coffee was not well maintained. The rooms were good but I found there are different room sizes in each category. I would give them another try if I ever were to return to Montreal. Location was great...."

"We had a 2 night staycation and it was delightful. Our reason for going there was mainly because of the resort-like atmosphere of the outdoor heated pool and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for a tropical-like atmosphere in a lively setting, especially at night, this is the place! The pool opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. in the summer. It even has an outdoor bar where you can be served lunch by the pool How perfect is that?The lush rooftop gardens with ducks inhabiting the streams and ponds were magical. Our renovated room overlooking the pool was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The restaurant and poolside staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is the hotel check-in and check-out staff. I found them to be very impersonal and impatient. However, when I complained about the location of the room, one of them quickly found us a room to our liking. All in all, a memorable experience which will keep us going back."

"It very clean room i love how clean it was breakfast was ok parking $20 dollars the coffee they keep on running out coffee I was mad the should have 4 big pot not 2 every minute they refill it was gone the next 10 minutes they should have more coffee pot then 2 but overall it was good hotel and staff good but my coffee should keep up with it"
