"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, and the location was extremely convenient close to all the main Salem attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to see. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"The only drawback was only 1 working elevator, as they are upgrading the elevator system. We were put on the top floor, 7. I should have asked to be moved to a lower floor as taking the stairs would have been a lot easier on us, especially because it was Labor Day weekend. The average wait for the elevator was about 10 minutes, it stopped at every floor. The working elevator was clanging, banging and jerky. We only used the elevator 1 time for going down and that was departing day, otherwise we used the stairs, which there were 2 sets to use. The Bar/Restaurant is very interesting, very limited menu and limited choice of alcohol for drinks. The food was ok. They only take card payments. The included breakfast was really good and plentiful, loved the free snacks and drinks in the rooms, that were replenished every day. The 24hr free airport transfer was a real plus. Not much to do in the direct area."

"The staff was friendly and very willing to help with any needs and/or advice. There was always lemon line water in the lobby and delicious chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. The hotel was clean. The pool was clean and warm. I had dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious. The shower had great water pressure, unlike some hotels I’ve been to. They have plenty of parking, although maybe a little tight. They offer a free shuttle service to drive their customers to their destination. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
