Top North Shore Hotel Reviews

Hôtel Ruby Foo's
10/10 Excellent
"The front desk agent, Osman, was great! We arrived late around 4:30 in the morning and he greeted us with smile already to check us in. The room attendant on Thursday and Friday was amazing as well."

Eurostars Old Montreal Suites & Apartments
10/10 Excellent
"Place was great and the location was perfect"

Hotel Brossard, an Ascend Collection Hotel
8/10 Good
"We stayed at the Hotel Brossard two years ago and decided to stay again this year. Two years ago it was so quiet and peaceful but this year we were woken up at midnight, 1am, 2.30am and 3.15am by other guests on the same floor as us. They were slamming door, screaming, singing and even slammed into our door which meant we as a family had very little sleep. The staff are still so lovely apart from one lady who was standing at the front desk whilst there was a que and she didn't ask a single person if she could help."

Hyatt Place Montreal - Downtown
8/10 Good
"The staff were friendly and the room was nice. It's also nice and close to the metro. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was that the hotel isn't in the greatest part of the city. The area around the hotel is a bit dingey and there are many unhoused people. They weren't troublesome, but when I think of a Hyatt hotel, I didn't picture it would be in this part of town."

Le Square Phillips Hotel And Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Le Phillips Square Hotel was everything we could have asked for. Central location, very kind staff, large rooms, breakfast included (juice, coffee, tea, water, milk) breads/bagels, sweet breads like banana bread, boiled eggs, deli meats, fruits, yogurt, cereal, and more!). We arrived earlier and surprisingly our room was already ready so we could check in early! It was super helpful. (If it wasnt ready they are still able to keep your luggage there while you explore montreal until its ready). We were in town for a concert and it was less than a 15 minute walk to the Bell Centre. They also have a patio on the roof, a pool, gym and laundry service. Would definitely recommend!"

Hotel Zero 1
8/10 Good
"Upon our arrival at 2:00 PM, one hour before the stated 3:00 PM check-in time, we were informed that our room was still being cleaned. While we understood that we had arrived early, the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM, which should generally provide sufficient time to prepare guest rooms. To allow additional time, we explored the city and returned at approximately 3:05 PM. Unfortunately, we were again advised that our room was not yet ready. We were ultimately able to check in at around 3:30 PM, which was disappointing given that it was well past the advertised check-in time. The room itself was also less inviting than expected. The walls were painted black, making the space feel quite dark, and the lighting was inadequate. There was only one hanging light in the main room and a single light fixture in the entryway, resulting in a dim atmosphere that detracted from the overall comfort of the room."
