"The room was clean and comfortable and we were centrally located to major attractions. The front desk manager Kahlia (spelling) ? was very helpful and customer service friendly. He held our luggage until our room was open and escorted us to a waiting room for coffee or water. We appreciated all the staff and thank everyone for their kindness and hospitality. As an extra we were able to wash/ dry our clothes for free as that was also a benefit of staying at the hotel."

Water machines and re-usable water bottles on every floor and decent coffee machine for free near reception and convenience cupboards on each floor with free items from toothpaste to brushes. save for the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which it needs, which we were not pre-warned about, it affects the ambience, but not a practical issue in the main, great location, 5 minutes to...
