"convenient short drive from Boston with less traffic over Bourne Bridge. great location with pristine calm and warm water beach. great staff helping get settled on the beach with chairs and umbrella. fortunate to select room with patio first floor which was convenient. rooms were fine nothing scary or amazing. service at bar was quick. food services were slow and basic. great value"

"Run down motel disguised as a hotel. Bait and switch. Room smelled like mold and mildew. Sand on bed. We fled never stayed beware"

"The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!"

"The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs."
