"Overall this was a good vacation rental.Please be aware! The heat is not whole-house, only the main living room and kitchen is heated via one heat vent in the corner. No bedrooms or bathroom are heated. While this is ideally a non-issue during the summer season, this rental is not good for year-round activities. Luckily the door to living room closed which helped keep us warm on the cold nights, but it was still cold as we slept in the living room each night. The heat was the only negative...

"Our stay in this Eastham house was most pleasant and I have to say the host was wonderfully responsive when problems arose. During heavy rainstorm, the livingroom ceiling leaked and the icemaker in the freezer portion of the refrigerator was broken. Neither issue dampened our stay - pun intended. Location made for easy daily commute to gorgeous Campground Beach where family gathered daily. I would not hesitate to return to Eastham again."

"This property resembles a motel. I had trouble with the booking and had to call to resolve my reservation discrepancy. AC didn’t work at all. Hair dryer broken. Iron broken. Dirty rug. Outdated and rundown rooms. Provincetown is an expensive destination and the price of this hotel reflected the quality. I expected much more for my stay although I’m out on activities all day. I want to be fair to readers and emphasize this is a shabby hotel."
