This home is perfectly located within 1 mile from beach, downtown Harwichport, and Chatham making all shops, restaurants, and nightlife just minutes away. Situated in a quiet neighborhood were kids can ride bikes and explore with no worries. Enclosed fenced backyard includes grill, patio furniture, and yard games (cornhole/Can-Jam) for all to enjoy. Finished basement with TV, blue ray player, puzzles, games, cards allow kids ample space while parents relax upstairs. All linens/blankets/pillows fully supplied for your convenience

A very well maintained yard which was great for pictures before the wedding we attended. The house was clean, plenty of games for the kids, and plenty of beds for all of us. Excellent place to stay if you're attending an event at the Wychmere.

The house was very clean when we arrived, and had plenty of room for the group we had. The kitchen was great and had all the necessities we needed for the stay over the weekend. The backyard is a private and quiet spot to hang out at the large patio table. Great stay would highly recommend.

This was perfect for our family of 6 for a wedding at Wychmere. House is clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was well stocked and the backyard is terrific!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this well-maintained property located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and Harwich Port's main drag. We had relaxing outdoor meals on the deck and made use of the chairs/floaties/etc. provided in the shed for the beach.

Attending a wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club. Very close to venue. On a quite street and close to many restaurants and activiites. Very nice to be so close to the beach and property has all the beach equipment that you would need.

Tucked away in the heart of harwichport this cottage has it all! Clean and updated we felt at ease as soon as we walked in the door. Plenty of room for the kids to have their space and for the adults to relax. Back yard space was well maintained and out door shower was such a great bonus. Fully stocked shed for everything you could need at the beach. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Cape. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Great central location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, quiet neighborhood, nice patio with chairs/table to eat outside, and a clean Weber grill. The owner was very responsive. We really could not have asked for more. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice, spacious house with comfy beds, updated and functioning appliances, air conditioning, great deck, private backyard and outdoor shower. Location was great for restaurants and visiting neighboring towns. Beach was close and easy to get to. The house was not as clean as we expected, however, and the kitchen was not well equipped with essential utensils and pots/bowls for cooking and serving food. But overall, we enjoyed the house and our vacation in Harwich Port.

Spent the week for my son’s wedding at Wychmere Beach Club. Perfect location - close to venue, Harwichport, Dennis Port and Chatham which allowed us to easily visit with other friends/family at their rentals and to explore those towns. Easy access to the ferry to Nantucket where we spent a day. Check out the snack shack at that landing - amazing food! Host was very responsive to questions. House is in a very quiet area so no issues sleeping. Nice backyard and deck with entertaining wild rabbits. Perfect for taking a break from the wedding madness. Hosts provide the necessary items and it was awesome that they provide linens/towels as some do not, took one thing off our travel list. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms are nice.

Nice large home, but unfortunately the basement was extremely damp, I tried to keep up with emptying out the humidifier but couldn’t keep up with it. We did have a rainy week while there so it was amplified as the kids didn’t have a place of their own to hang out. Kitchen, bedrooms were nice. Mold on the bathroom ceiling was concerning. Waze led us astray getting there, use google maps.

The house was very cut and clean. The amenities made for a very comfortable stay. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive to my communications and we did not have any issues while staying there so we did not need to contact them again. The house was a short (4 minutes?) drive to restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely stay there again!
