"Arrival at the hotel the reception area is beautiful with a lovely aroma to greet you. Staff found our booking easily & checkin was good. Disappointed initially to find out the cocktail bar is closed on the 2 nights that we had booked to stay, didn’t see this on the website. We had planned to celebrate our daughter’s graduation in the cocktail bar, which we had visited previously. Accessed our room - aircon on & the temperature was lovely. All looked clean & tidy.
