"Check was 15:00 - which was inconvenient ; the part of town had very little going for it , not sure how safe I would feel walking around late at night. Brown stain on the curtain , the toilet wasn’t clean ( pubic hair on the seat - sorry for the detail). "My husband and I were here for a 3 night stay and ended up staying 7 nights because my husband ended up in hospital. The staff were amazing and extended my stay even though they were fully occupied. The staff could not do enough for me. Parking was easy and walking distance to a shopping centre. If you are in Mönchengladbach stay at this hotel. Thank you Mecure. Michele"

"Air conditioning in the room was not functional. The floor-level indicator lights inside and outside the elevator were also not operational, making it difficult to determine whether the elevator was working. Overall, the condition of these systems did not inspire confidence that the facilities were being adequately maintained. The room lighting was also insufficient for comfortable use.
