"Trul"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got to sample almost all the onsens on offer. The rooms were well maintained and stocked with amenities. We appreciated the convenient and free shuttle service to go to dinner. Staff were friendly and spoke great english. The QR booking system for the onsens was easy to use."

"The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience."

"Really nice hotel in every respect."

"Hotel very close to the entrance of universal studio and in centre of city walk which is a plus but that’s where it stops. Booking in at 3pm took nearly an hour and no apologies, the welcome lounge was diabolical and only allowed 1 hot dog in evening per night your staying which isn’t what it read when booking Rooms spacious but rock hard beds and only 1 pillow"
