"Check in absolutely diabolical . Rude staff . Tried to converse in German not interested . Online check in machines useless. Complained about aircon not working. May take ip to 3 days to fox . Not happy"

The hotel was very clean and the room design was nice and accommodating . Small but efficient use of space . The bathroom well designed as well. "This hotel is great. Rooms are well fitted out, staff are helpful and the facilities decent. The location is also great, with one side of the hotel overlooking the Tiergarten and zoo. When we checked in and went to our room, it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately we weren’t able to change rooms that night but they did manage to move us the next morning."
