"It was run down and trashy feeling The tv and light fixtures did not work. It looked and felt dirty. The room above was extremely loud when they walked on the floor."

"TL;DR - STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Booked a "Queen, Jetted Tub" room for 5 nights (normal corner tub, not heart shaped one). When I arrived, I was put into a "Deluxe King Room". I was told that they didn't have any of the tub rooms available but there 'might' be one tomorrow. In the "Deluxe King" the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling, the wall paper panels were pulled off the wall, but not quite enough to be fully removed. There was "stains of passion" on nearly every surface of the room and the "No Smoking" signs everywhere apparently are more of a suggestion than have any actual meaning. All of a sudden I get told that they have a tub room available. I breathe a sigh of relief until we get into the room to find it reeks of paint, tools and debris left behind, more "stains of passion" (including in the in-take of the tub). Slept on top of the sheets and still felt gross. At 6a, the oncoming staff either didn't get the memo that someone was put into the room, or check the folio system, because they used a key and try to barge into the room without knocking or announcing themselves. If I hadn't had the bar lock up they would have came right in. Checked out after the first night and stayed at the Raddison in Rapid City (10 out of 10, there). Staff (the "Manager") has been dodging Expedia's calls to try and address."

"Had two rooms. In both, the air conditioners sounded like they were going to rattle themselves out of the wall. Neither one actually worked. TVs did not work. One room had a huge hole above the lock and had to stick a washcloth in it for privacy. Breakfast was picked over and not restocked."

10/10 Excellent

"This is our second or third time staying here on our cross country road trips. It's a great, affordable place to crash for a night. We usually arrive to check in quite late at night (like 1 or 2 a.m.) and they are quick to respond when we call the front desk for service. Property is well maintained & rooms are very clean. Being able to park directly in front of our room door makes loading and unloading a breeze. Location is easy to access right off the main highway."
