"Encantada"

"Convenient, clean, excellent beds! Will definitely stay here again - we are out to Keystone every fall, so this will be a repeat next year."

"From the outside the hotel looked nice. Parking was close to your room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our friends also stayed in another room, had the same issues. The rooms were noisy, the carpet was stained. The exterior lights were so bright and the window shades didn't fit properly so the room was bright all of the time. The AC unit wasn't working properly and the front of it was duct taped but wouldn't stay closed. We had the maintenance man come to look at it but still wasn't...

"Location was great, stay this time, not so much. Having previously stayed at this facility, and have had no issues, this stay was very disappointing. This time, multiple issues! Only 2-bath towels, should have been 4. Half of the jets in the in-room jacuzzi did not work. Tub took an excessive amount of time to fill. The in-room jacuzzi is one of the primary reasons we choose this hotel. The in-room fridge was turned off when we checked in, that took time to cool down to be usable. ...

"Room was okay. Breakfast was okay. Staff were terrible. The staff name Amanda was not attentive to guest, it seemed that she was not focus while on duty. She did not answer/help guest with questions and kept asking for room number several times after guest told her room number and name. She did not answer the question and tried to turn the guest away. She even raised her voice to guest too. Her coworker had the same attitude. It looked like they were not focus while working."

"Old facility, the window shades were falling apart On the other hand, the staff were very nice"

"For older hotel it was very clean with no old musty smell. Beds were comfortable."

"A great place to stay !"

"I accidentally left some items in my room. When I called back, they claimed that the items were not in the room nor picked up by staff. This simply isn’t true my items were taken."

"Clean, convenient location & affordable."

"This place is awesome so much so I want to move in!"

"Clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly. There was one problem. There was not a chair for the desk in our room. That left only one other chair in the room. I notified the front desk. He said he would get us one. That never happened. At the end of our stay, I made him aware of this. He said he never found another chair."
