"Thank you."

"I was supposed to have a King premium room with a view of the city. I was no where near the city, the view was of the parking lot, and no cellphone reception. Only stay here if you are desperate and can't find a room somewhere else. I was completely disappointed."

"Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful."

"I truly would not recommend this hotel at all. I hate to have to write a poor review but it warrants it. The hotel is not well maintained, the room had a musty smell, the property itself was a mess. There were people just hanging out and around the property and it just didn’t feel safe and secure."

"Great water pressure. Toilet tissue holder was broken. Toilet tank rand off and on continuously. Lots of loitering and loud voiced in parking lot, with people going in and out of rooms, all night long."

"Angelo, the in house chef was amazing, If Ilived locally I would go there just for the breakfast creations. Front desk staff was also terrific"

"Lovely hotel, beautifully maintained. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was very nice. Beds were also super comfortable. Only downside is the construction - you could hear people in the next room and a baby crying in the middle of the night."

"Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!"

"Super comfy bed, everything was great!"

"Room was dirty, staff did there best to accommodate. The air filter in a.c. was so dirty room was hot due to that.microwave filthy, fridge, floors, if you want clean this would not be a good location for you. Did enjoy seeing boats in harbor. For the price I paid, 134.00 a dump."

"The tv didn’t work and there was no hot water in the room , in the shower or the sink."

"Room good price & clean / service are good /parking easy / Near by some restaurant . . . . Worth to stay."

"Beautiful place and great staff."

"Not a typical Hilton type property, but that may be what the Spark is. Not familiar with that name for a Hilton brand."
