"The Staff offered excellent service, they were very kind and helpful. The only issue was the AC unit was very small doesn't cool enough even the small room I was in."

"No routine housekeeping, all they are after is money and wouldn’t care about good service to offer to guests. For instance, i stayed in two different rooms for 5 nights which both had issues with water heaters in the toilets. I complained on the very day i checked in, could you believe that they kept lying to me every day that i should the next night and they would work on it but i slept for 5 nights without the heater being repaired.
